SKS DG Trails Guide; Own rifle & relevant competencies; Photographic / Astronomy etc. knowledge ??? ???????????????? Deliver exceptional guest safari experiences through guided game drives and / bush walks. Assist with / accompany Guests with regard to other lodge based excursions such as stargazing etc; Assist with / accompany Guests on selected 3rd party interaction or visiting programmes; Potential hosting of Guests during meal times (not confirmed); Provide support with general habitat, property, or maintenance-related tasks as required; Relevant additional responsibilities and a broader level of operational involvement will apply to Head / Senior / Trails Guide appointments. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Salary is NEG. DOE & qualifications, up to R30, 000.00 per month; Gratuities; Training and certification reimbursement – up to 100% if qualification is achieved; R1; 000.00 bonus for each additional guiding related qualification received; Salary will increase as additional relevant qualifications are obtained during employment; Guest feedback, team collaborative effort recognition and referral bonuses; Mentorship bonuses – applicable to senior guides; Long term service recognition or sabbatical leave bonuses; One month’s salary bonus, once off, for achieving SKS DG qualification; R2; 000.00 bonus, once off, for each specialist tracking qualification received; Life insurance benefit / Sanlam provident fund; Accommodation provided; Utilities including water, electricity, Wi-Fi; All meals; Uniform; Linen; Laundry once per week Work Cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off. ?????????? ????: Certain of the above benefits or provisions may only become applicable after the successful completion of an initial contract period or other stipulated qualifying period. ??????????? ???????
