? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a luxury, conservation-focused lodge in the Eastern Cape for a passionate and people-driven ?????? & ??????? ??????? ?PLEASE NOTE - This position is based in Gqeberha with bi-monthly trips to the Lodge Our client is a remote, purpose-led luxury lodge set within a stunning wildlife environment. Rooted in the values of locality, conservation and exceptional service, this is a property where the people behind the guest experience are as important as the destination itself. For the right candidate, this live-in role offers the rare combination of meaningful HR work, a stunning natural setting, and the genuine opportunity to shape the culture of a close-knit, diverse team. Taking full ownership of the human resources function, the successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment with an emphasis on local community talent, oversee onboarding and employee development, and serve as the go-to point of contact for all people-related matters. Day-to-day responsibilities span performance management and coaching cycles, labour law compliance, disciplinary and grievance processes, staff wellness and engagement initiatives, and the maintenance of accurate HR records and monthly reporting. Working closely with department heads and senior leadership, this role plays a central part in building and sustaining a workplace culture that reflects the lodge's values and keeps team morale high through all seasons. ???????????? · A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience in a senior HR generalist or HR management role will be considered. · A minimum of 3 years' HR generalist or HR management experience, ideally gained within luxury hospitality, safari, game reserve or remote lodge operations. · Solid working knowledge of South African labour law, employment compliance and HR best practice – the ability to apply this knowledge practically and with confidence is essential. · A demonstrated track record of building positive working relationships across multicultural, diverse teams in dynamic or remote operational environments. · Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills; the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, consistency and professionalism. · Highly organised with the administrative discipline to manage confidential employee records, compliance documentation, leave tracking and HR reporting accurately. · A genuine passion for people, purpose-driven work and the hospitality industry; comfortable with – and ideally enthusiastic about – the realities of remote live-in lodge life. · Contactable references with a stable employment history are essential. ?????? – On application with benefits.
