Our client is a leading international animal nutrition and agricultural manufacturing company, supplying high-quality feed solutions to the livestock industry. They are looking to appoint an experienced Business Applications & Process Support (BAPS) Manager to lead the company's business applications, systems development and IT support functions.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving business systems, process improvement, ERP support, software development, project delivery and technology alignment across the organisation.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar

• Project Management qualification

• Azure certification will be advantageous

• Valid driver's licence

Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar management role

• Experience with the following technologies:

  • SQL Server development (SQL, SSIS & SSRS)

  • systems architecture design

  • Business Analysis

  • SQL Server database administration

  • Project Management

  • Azure administration

  • Microsoft Dynamics ERP

Technical Skills

• Microsoft SQL Server (Advanced)

• SSIS & SSRS

• Power BI

• Azure Data Platform & Azure Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Applications, Systems Development and IT Support teams

• Drive business process improvement and systems optimisation

• Manage software development and systems integration projects

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Manage vendors and external technology partners

• Oversee budgets and service delivery

• Develop and mentor the BAPS team

• Ensure business continuity, reporting accuracy and system security
