? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a well-established fine dining restaurant in Finnish Lapland, for a talented couple seeking positions as a ???? ???? & ????? ?? ????? ???????, or two ?????. Our client has been operating for many years and has built an outstanding reputation over more than three decades. Situated in one of Europe's northernmost skiing village and within the Arctic Circle, the restaurant seats 80 guests and serves fine, modern Lappish cuisine. Holding a Chaîne des Rôtisseurs accreditation and running the kitchen to Michelin-star standards, the restaurant operates a dinner service five days a week from September to April, serving a discerning clientele of VIPs, prominent Finnish companies, and wealthy international travellers. This is not a conventional opportunity. Both roles are based in one of the world's most extraordinary environments, where polar nights, the Northern Lights, and temperatures below -27°C are part of daily life. The team is small, senior, and serious. Everyone pulls their weight, from the pass to the scullery to shovelling snow. Both positions work closely with each other, the sommelier, and the owners. ???? ???? - ??? ???????????????? Cooking and preparing food to the restaurant's fine dining standards. Working closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and professional service. Stock management and daily preparations. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of fridges, freezers, and dry storage. Familiarising with Finnish food terminology and Lappish ingredients. Contributing to all aspects of restaurant operations, including general cleaning, scullery duties, and snow removal. ????? ?? ????? ??????? - ??? ???????????????? Responsible for all front-of-house logistics and management. Working alongside the team to serve tables and make drinks to a fine dining standard. Daily guest interaction and relationship management. Managing front-of-house staff and maintaining service standards. Stock management, cash-ups, and tip administration. Contributing to all aspects of restaurant operations, including general cleaning and snow removal. ???????????? Solid fine dining or high-end restaurant experience in the relevant discipline. Ability to remain composed, professional, and fast under pressure. Genuine interest in wine and fine food. Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment and the restaurant's serving and cooking style. Emotionally mature, hardworking, and career driven. An adventurous spirit; both roles are based in a remote Arctic location. European work experience advantageous; EU passport a plus. Non-smoker. Valid driver's licence required. Computer literate. ??????- Sous Chef: €2 300 per month. Front of House Manager: approx €2 200 to €2 300 per month. ??????????- Seasonal contract, September to April.
