Job Summary
Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a motivated, energetic and hands on harvest intern to be part of the 2027 harvest team.
Contract period of employment:
Middle January – End of April (depending on the timing of the harvest season)
Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Grape intake
Punch downs and pump overs
Cellar hygiene
Barrel Work
Ballings and Temperatures
Data capturing
Requirements:
Valid SA ID;
Be able to do physically demanding work;
Previous harvest experience;
Good communication;
Must be able to work under pressure;
This position requires working long hours and weekends;
Oenology degree/diploma or similar;
Reliable transport to and from work;
Working extended hours as and when required.
