Management Couple | Luxury Safari Lodge | Greater Kruger Region
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Couple for a luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger region.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate hospitality couple who thrive in the bush, enjoy creating unforgettable guest experiences and have the leadership skills to manage a high-performing team. One partner should ideally be a qualified Safari Guide, while together the couple will oversee the day-to-day operation of the lodge and deliver an exceptional luxury safari experience.
Package & Benefits
Location: Greater Kruger Region
Live-in position with accommodation and meals provided
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (DOE)
Work Cycle: Typically 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off (flexible for the right candidates)
Discovery Medical Aid contribution after probation
Provident Fund contribution after probation

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Lead, motivate and manage all lodge departments
• Maintain outstanding service standards across Front of House, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guiding departments
• Manage operational budgets, stock control and reporting
• Handle guest relations, feedback and special requests professionally
• Support staff training, development and team performance
• Work closely together to deliver memorable and personalised safari experiences
• Ensure the lodge operates efficiently while maintaining the highest hospitality standards
Minimum Requirements
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
• Hands-on, adaptable and solutions-driven approach
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• One partner should ideally hold a valid FGASA qualification or equivalent guiding experience
• Passion for wildlife, conservation and luxury hospitality
• Ability to thrive in a remote bush environment
