We are looking for a passionate culinary professional who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to grow into a senior leadership position, and is excited to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a successful restaurant kitchen. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, maintaining high standards of performance, professionalism, and teamwork. Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu offerings. Take responsibility for service . Assist with menu development, seasonal specials, and creative dish innovation. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards. Manage stock control, ordering, food costing, and waste reduction. Train; mentor, and develop junior chefs and kitchen staff. Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Requirements Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step into a leadership role. Passion for modern cuisine and high-quality food preparation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards. Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
