Role Overview: A commercially driven, relationship-focused role responsible for building and managing a premium supplier and brand network within the luxury lifestyle sector. This position is central to securing exclusive partnerships, enhancing member experiences, and strengthening the company’s high-end offering to a discerning, high-net-worth clientele. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Brand & Supplier Relationship Management • Source, develop, and manage high-end lifestyle supplier relationships • Negotiate exclusive member benefits, preferential rates, and added value offerings • Maintain and grow a strong luxury network across hospitality, travel, events, and experiences • Act as the main contact for new and existing supplier partnerships • Monitor supplier performance, engagement, and retention ? Supplier Development & Market Research • Continuously research luxury market trends and new partnership opportunities • Identify premium suppliers across hotels, restaurants, travel, and experiences • Organise supplier presentations and familiarisation initiatives • Maintain and update supplier databases and benefit structures ? Internal Collaboration & Business Support • Support Lifestyle Managers with supplier sourcing and relationship building • Share insights and updates with internal teams to enhance service delivery • Contribute to monthly member offerings and communications • Collaborate with marketing and events teams on campaigns and activations • Provide input into sales and brand initiatives ? Events & Experiences • Work closely with the Events Manager on member events • Source and secure exclusive access opportunities for members • Ensure experiences are delivered on time, within budget, and to luxury standards ? General Responsibilities • Act as a brand ambassador for a premium luxury offering • Identify growth opportunities within the supplier and partnership space • Share leads and opportunities across departments • Support wider Lifestyle team when required ? Minimum Requirements: • 2–4 years’ experience in sales, account management, customer service, or related field • Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle management, or marketing advantageous • Exposure to VIP, executive, or high-net-worth clientele • Strong understanding of luxury consumer expectations • Established industry network advantageous • Strong knowledge of global travel and luxury experiences ?
