Role Overview: A strategic and creative marketing role responsible for shaping and executing the full digital and brand storytelling presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, brand growth, and direct bookings through social media, content, SEO, and integrated marketing campaigns. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Brand & Creative Direction • Maintain and evolve a cohesive luxury brand identity across all platforms (web, social, email, photography, video, and guest comms) • Define and uphold a calm, modern, design-led visual aesthetic • Develop and maintain a clear brand playbook for consistency • Collaborate with operations to ensure guest experience moments are captured and aligned to brand storytelling ? Marketing Strategy & Execution • Own and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with growth and occupancy goals • Plan and execute integrated campaigns, seasonal promotions, and launches • Manage PR, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations • Drive SEO strategy including keyword planning, on-page optimisation, metadata, and local SEO • Grow blog content as an acquisition and traffic channel • Support paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting, seasonal ads) • Use analytics tools (GA4, pixels, UTMs, conversion tracking) to measure and optimise performance • Improve conversion across the booking funnel (website, landing pages, and digital touchpoints) ? Social Media Management • Lead content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn • Create and schedule high-quality content (video, photography, stories, reels, carousels) • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to occupancy and marketing goals • Drive engagement, awareness, and conversion through storytelling • Manage community engagement and brand tone across platforms • Oversee influencer and content creator collaborations • Track trends and platform updates to optimise strategy • Report on performance and continuously refine content approach ? Candidate Profile: • 3+ years’ experience in social, digital, or brand marketing • Luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium brand experience preferred • Strong content creation, storytelling, and editorial skills • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns • Confident with analytics and performance-driven decision making • Knowledge of paid social and digital marketing fundamentals • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent written English and brand tone sensitivity • Calm, proactive, and detail-oriented under pressure For more details on this role and to apply, contact me today!
