Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement.
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements.
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking and headhunting and other.
Conduct interviews, assessments, reference and background checks.
Coordinate interviews, offers and onboarding.
Build and maintain candidate relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance with labour legislation and POPIA.
