What You'll Be Doing:
Negotiating supplier contracts, rates, commissions, and value-added offersManaging seasonal rate updates and supplier agreements
Loading and maintaining products and rates in Tourplan
Ensuring pricing accuracy through quality control checks
Supporting XML/API supplier connectivity and troubleshooting integration issues
Working closely with Product, Reservations, Sales, and Systems teams
Building strong relationships with tourism suppliers across the region

Requirements
We're Looking For:
Travel & Tourism qualification5+ years' experience with a Tour Operator or DMC
Practical Tourplan experience (essential)
Contracts, rates, product loading, or FIT Reservations experience
XML/API connectivity knowledge (advantageous)
Advanced Excel skills and exceptional analytical ability
Excellent knowledge of Southern African tourism products
