What You'll Do:
Sell and promote a diverse range of IT products, including hardware, software, and networking equipment
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism
Prepare, follow up on quotations, and process sales orders efficiently
Manage and develop an assigned customer base, fostering ongoing relationships
Prospect new clients through cold calling and lead generation
Attend all relevant product and sales training sessions to stay informed
Maintain accurate call logs and update customer databases regularly
Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and product groups
Requirements:
2 to 4 years’ experience in IT distribution sales
Solid knowledge of IT products including hardware, software, and networking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Matric (Grade 12) qualification
Proficient in computer literacy
