Key Responsibilities Conduct daily game drives and guided bush walks for lodge guests Provide engaging and informative interpretation of wildlife, ecology, flora, and fauna Deliver personalised, memorable, and educational guest experiences Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally Maintain excellent knowledge of local wildlife, birdlife, and conservation practices Perform vehicle checks, maintenance, and ensure safari vehicles are clean and well‑presented Build strong guest relationships and provide attentive, personalised service Assist with lodge duties and guest activities when required Collaborate with lodge management and hospitality teams for seamless guest service Uphold luxury lodge service standards and professional presentation at all times ✅ Minimum Requirements FGASA qualification and relevant guiding credentials Valid First Aid certification Valid driver’s licence Previous guiding experience in a luxury lodge or game reserve environment Strong knowledge of South African wildlife, ecology, and conservation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional; guest‑focused approach with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays ✨ Ideal Candidate A passionate and professional Field Guide with strong bush knowledge, excellent guest‑interaction skills, and a commitment to conservation and luxury hospitality standards. ? ?
