Wellness Manager (EAP & Client Relations) – Germiston – Occupational Health

The Opportunity

You will earn a monthly salary between R20,000 and R30,000 while managing the Wellness Hub and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). What You’ll Be Doing

You will serve as the primary contact for the company’s Wellness Hub, focusing on client retention and program growth:

• Manage the delivery of the outsourced EAP, acting as the main link between the client and service provider.
• Coordinate on-site wellness screenings, health days, and monthly health education campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.
• Identify opportunities to offer extra value to clients, such as adding drug screening or customized programs.
• Track and report on program success, usage rates, and return on investment.

Experience & Qualifications

• You must have a Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resources, or Health Administration.
• You have at least 2 years of experience managing corporate wellness programs, specifically with a focus on EAP.
• You have strong experience in a client-facing role with strengths in account management or customer service.
• You are skilled in creating presentations and reports using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
