Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain exceptional 5-star guest experience standards at all times. Train; mentor, and manage FOH staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism. Work closely with the culinary team to coordinate menus, specials, and service flow. Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP experiences. Control budgets, stock, beverage ordering, and cost management. Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Handle guest feedback proactively to maintain excellent service ratings. ? Minimum Requirements 3+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury hotel, lodge, or fine-dining restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Professional presentation and a warm, service-oriented personality. Solid understanding of wine service, beverage management, and FOH operations. Excellent administrative, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
