We’re hiring: Sales & Marketing Manager Luxury Hotel | Cape Winelands Set in the heart of the Cape Winelands, this contemporary 4-star property blends timeless elegance with exceptional hospitality. We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the strategic direction of sales, marketing, and revenue performance. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving market growth, identifying new business opportunities, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for corporate, leisure, and group travel. What you’ll do: • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals • Drive new business across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments • Lead and inspire a small, dynamic team including the Digital Marketing Coordinator • Strengthen client relationships through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and partnerships • Oversee digital and traditional marketing initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Operations, and Reservations to ensure service excellence What you’ll bring: • 5–8 years’ experience in hotel sales and marketing management (4- or 5-star environment preferred) • Proven success in achieving revenue and market share growth • Strong understanding of corporate, leisure, and MICE markets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred If you’re passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and ready to make your mark in the Cape Winelands, we’d love to hear from you.
