R20 000.00 Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and guest-focused Reservations Agent for a luxury private game reserve. This remote-based role is ideal for an organised individual with a passion for high-end travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage reservations with precision and professionalism. ? Minimum Requirements: • 2–3 years’ experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality or the safari industry • Proficiency in reservation systems such as ResRequest, PANStrat, Opera, or similar • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (additional languages advantageous) • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure • Passion for African travel, conservation, and exceptional guest service • Ability to work independently and within a team • Understanding of the travel trade and global tourism market advantageous ? Key Responsibilities: • Manage all reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking platforms • Handle bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation with accuracy • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and guests • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Upsell lodge experiences and additional services to maximise revenue • Manage amendments, cancellations, and special requests efficiently • Ensure deposits, invoicing, and payments are processed in line with company policies • Assist with reporting, audits, and database management • Stay up to date with packages, operational updates, and conservation initiatives ✨ Personal Attributes: • Warm, professional, and engaging communication style • Solutions-driven with a calm and composed approach • High level of integrity and attention to detail • Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile • Flexible with working hours during peak periods Join a dynamic luxury team and grow your career within the safari industry.
