The role demands a passion for sustainable tourism, exceptional guest service, and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. Key strengths include strategic leadership, team training and development, project and maintenance oversight, and effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders. This role requires visionary leaders with deep understanding of Hospitality Management, passion for creating memorable experiences, and the ability to drive operational excellence Requirements At least 5 years Managing a Boutique luxury lodge. Tertiary degree in Tourism, Hospitality and/or Business Administration Experience working in a remote location with a diverse team. Proven track record of success in increasing revenue, improving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving organizational change. Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, leadership skills, and common-sense approach to decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Passion for the hospitality industry, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Passionate about sustainable tourism and conservation. Driven; energetic, compassionate and ambitious, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Unrelenting attention to detail and high standards Structured management style with experience in leading diverse teams Open minded and able to think outside of the box.
