Hospitality and Outdoor – New Vacancy - Groups and Conference Coordinator Safari Hospitality Group Head Office – Green Point, Cape Town A well-established luxury safari hospitality group is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Groups and Conference Coordinator to join their Head Office team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be administratively strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling group or event-related bookings within a hospitality environment. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in groups, conferences, events, or reservations within a hotel, lodge, or conferencing environment • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • PMS experience essential • Professional, calm, and solutions-driven approach • Hospitality, Tourism, or Events-related qualification preferred Responsibilities: • Supporting group, conference, and event coordination from enquiry through confirmation • Assisting with quotations, confirmations, and documentation • Maintaining accurate records, bookings, and administration • Liaising with clients, agents, and internal operational teams • Providing consistent pre-arrival communication and support Package on Offer: • R20 000 – R25 000pm, dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP
