BagginsHQ is seeking experienced and highly self-driven Regional Digital Marketing & Content Managers to establish, manage, and grow BagginsHQ's digital presence across assigned regional markets.
This is not a traditional social media management role focused primarily on posting content, increasing followers, or generating engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong regional digital presence while generating measurable commercial opportunities and verified revenue through digital marketing activities.
Each Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager will take ownership of the assigned regional BagginsHQ social media presence, independently develop and publish content, engage with audiences, identify opportunities for regional growth, generate qualified commercial leads, and work closely with Senior Key Accounts Managers and sales teams to ensure those leads progress towards paying customers.
The role requires a commercially minded marketing professional who understands that successful marketing must ultimately contribute to business growth.
Take full ownership of BagginsHQ's assigned regional social media presence.
Establish and maintain active regional pages across relevant platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, as assigned.
Independently plan, create, publish, and manage high-quality regional marketing content.
Maintain a structured content calendar covering BagginsHQ's products, services, packages, promotions, industries, and relevant customer needs.
Ensure assigned regional pages remain active and consistently updated.
Monitor audience activity, enquiries, comments, messages, and other forms of engagement.
Respond professionally and promptly to relevant enquiries and audience interactions.
Identify opportunities to improve the visibility, reach, positioning, and commercial performance of the regional digital presence.
Independently create professional graphics, promotional materials, short-form videos, videos, presentations, captions, and other digital marketing materials.
Use appropriate tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable professional platforms.
Convert publicly available BagginsHQ product and service information into engaging marketing content without requiring continuous supervision.
Review BagginsHQ's existing product and service landing pages and use available information, pricing, features, and benefits to develop relevant marketing content.
Create content that communicates value clearly and encourages potential customers to take action.
Adapt content formats according to the requirements of each social media platform.
Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, branding, and visual quality.
Adapt BagginsHQ's marketing content to suit the culture, language, preferences, and commercial characteristics of the assigned regional market.
Identify opportunities to use local or regional languages where appropriate.
Develop regionally relevant messaging, examples, visuals, and campaigns while maintaining BagginsHQ's overall brand standards.
Monitor regional trends, customer behaviour, competitors, and emerging digital opportunities.
Continuously identify new ways to make BagginsHQ's products and services relevant to local audiences.
Generate qualified commercial leads through assigned regional social media channels and other approved marketing activities.
Use appropriate calls-to-action, lead forms, enquiry mechanisms, landing pages, and other tools to convert audience interest into commercial enquiries.
Ensure leads are properly recorded, identified, and attributed to the appropriate regional marketing channel.
Monitor the volume and quality of leads generated from each platform and content type.
Identify which products, services, campaigns, and content formats generate the strongest commercial interest.
Continuously improve marketing activities based on lead-generation performance.
Work closely with Senior Key Accounts Managers, Enterprise Sales Executives, Sales Agents, and other relevant commercial teams.
Ensure qualified leads are promptly handed over to the appropriate commercial team.
Maintain visibility on the progress of leads generated through assigned regional marketing channels.
Follow up internally with the responsible Key Accounts Manager or sales representative regarding the progression of submitted leads.
Monitor whether generated leads progress into opportunities and paying customers.
Collaborate with commercial teams to identify reasons for lead loss and improve future lead quality.
Use conversion results to improve marketing strategies continuously and content.
Treat lead generation and revenue generation as core responsibilities of the role.
Monitor the commercial performance of assigned regional digital channels.
Track qualified leads generated, converted customers, and verified revenue attributable to regional marketing activities.
Identify high-performing products, services, platforms, campaigns, and content.
Recommend improvements based on measurable commercial results.
Develop strategies aimed at increasing customer acquisition and long-term revenue contribution from the assigned region.
Identify marketing opportunities beyond routine social media activity.
Propose suitable regional marketing initiatives, partnerships, events, community activities, publications, promotional opportunities, and other online or offline marketing channels.
Prepare proposals for additional marketing activities where appropriate.
Submit proposed initiatives to Corporate Relations for review and approval before committing Company resources.
Support approved regional marketing initiatives and evaluate their commercial results.
Identify opportunities to expand BagginsHQ's visibility within industries, communities, and business networks across the assigned region.
Manage assigned regional BagginsHQ YouTube channels as an authorized editor or manager.
Create, edit, upload, optimize, and publish relevant video content.
Develop educational, promotional, product-focused, and commercially relevant video content.
Monitor video performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Repurpose suitable content across other digital platforms.
Maintain accurate records of regional marketing activity and performance.
Provide regular reports covering:
Content published.
Audience growth.
Organic reach.
Engagement.
Qualified leads generated.
Lead sources.
Lead conversion.
Paying customers acquired.
Verified revenue generated.
Best-performing products and services.
Best-performing platforms and campaigns.
Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Work with Corporate Relations and commercial teams to ensure marketing performance is accurately measured.
Work directly with Corporate Relations on Company-wide promotions, campaigns, announcements, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Implement approved Company promotions and marketing directives within the assigned region.
Recommend content or campaigns that demonstrate strong organic performance and may warrant paid promotion.
Provide Corporate Relations with evidence supporting recommendations for sponsored content or paid advertising.
Follow all Company branding, communication, approval, and reporting requirements.
Paid advertising and sponsored campaigns will be controlled and funded by the Company through Corporate Relations. The Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager will not independently commit Company funds to paid advertising.
The Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager is responsible not only for increasing BagginsHQ's digital visibility, but for generating measurable commercial opportunities.
At the end of each reporting period, the Company will assess:
How many qualified leads were generated?
How many generated leads became paying customers?
How much verified revenue was generated from those customers?
Leads generated without meaningful commercial progression will not, by themselves, constitute successful performance.
The Manager will be expected to maintain close follow-up with the assigned Senior Key Accounts Manager and relevant sales personnel regarding leads generated through regional marketing activities and will remain accountable for monitoring the progression and commercial outcome of those leads.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years' professional experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, regional marketing, brand marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience independently managing social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Proven experience creating professional visual and video content.
Demonstrated understanding of lead generation and digital customer acquisition.
Proven ability to work independently and manage a regional marketing function without continuous supervision.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the relationship between marketing activity, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Professional spoken and written English.
Experience marketing B2B technology products, SaaS, software, cloud solutions, AI solutions, or digital services.
Experience working with international or regional markets.
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or comparable design and video-production tools.
Experience with lead-generation platforms, forms, analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation.
Experience developing localised content for different countries or cultures.
Experience working in a remote international environment.
Demonstrated record of generating commercial leads or revenue through digital marketing.

This is a fully remote position.
The successful candidate must have:

The successful candidate will initially serve a probation period of up to three (3) months.
The Company reserves the right to terminate probation at any time during the probation period should the candidate fail to demonstrate satisfactory performance, professionalism, integrity, or suitability for the role.
During probation, the Company will provide a USD 150 monthly facilitation to support approved business-related activities and expenses associated with performing the role.
No monthly salary or retainer will be paid during the probation period.
The probation period is performance-based and commercially accountable.
From the beginning of the probation period, the successful candidate will be expected to build and operate the assigned regional digital presence, generate qualified commercial leads, and actively monitor the progression of those leads with the assigned Senior Key Accounts Manager and relevant sales teams.
Performance during probation will be assessed based on:
The number and quality of qualified leads generated through the assigned regional marketing channels.
The number of generated leads that progress into paying customers.
Verified revenue generated from customers acquired through the candidate's regional marketing activities.
Consistency and quality of content creation and publication.
Growth and engagement of the assigned regional digital channels.
Ability to identify independently and execute effective marketing opportunities.
Professionalism, accountability, initiative, and collaboration with commercial teams.
The candidate will be expected to demonstrate a measurable and satisfactory contribution to verified revenue generated through their regional marketing activities.
Where the candidate demonstrates sufficient commercial performance and generates a level of verified revenue that, in the Company's assessment, justifies confirmation, the candidate will be confirmed into permanent employment immediately, without waiting for the full three-month probation period to expire.
Where the candidate does not demonstrate sufficient performance for early confirmation, they may continue through the remaining probation period, subject to Company assessment.
At the end of the three-month probation period, the Company will make a final assessment of the candidate's performance and suitability for permanent employment.
Paid advertising, sponsored campaigns, and other Company-funded marketing activities will not be independently available to the candidate during probation unless specifically authorized by the Company.
Upon successful completion of probation:
Gross Monthly Salary: USD 700
Monthly Facilitation: USD 100
Thereafter, salary increments will be based on sustained performance as part of BagginsHQ's Employee Growth Structure.

Overall commercial contribution.
Consistent achievement of performance expectations.
