??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a leading Botswana conservation and luxury eco-tourism group to recruit an experienced and dynamic ???????? ????????? & ??????? ??????? This is a senior support role, reporting directly to and supporting the Regional Operations Manager. The Regional Standards & Quality Manager is responsible for enabling the business to consistently deliver exceptional hospitality standards across multiple properties. This is not a desk-based or purely strategic position. The successful candidate must be credible, detail-driven, and able to work fluidly across procurement, standards, training, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires someone who can comfortably juggle multiple moving parts and operate effectively in a fast-changing environment, while maintaining clarity, quality, and control. The successful candidate will drive a guest-centric culture across all camps, oversee food and beverage delivery and procurement, manage hospitality and service standards, and develop and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will combine a passionate, strong leadership, hands-on approach with strategic thinking, and will bring a genuine love of the wilderness, conservation, and delivering world-class guest experiences. Requirements Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a relevant field; postgraduate diploma in Business Administration advantageous Minimum 10 years’ experience in the multi property high-end, luxury safari / eco-tourism industry At least 5 years at a senior management level within the industry Strong food procurement knowledge across multi-camp environments, with commercial awareness of quality, quantity, and consistency Exceptional eye for detail, room presentation, staffing standards, and training requirements to sustain those standards Ability to build strong working relationships Influential leadership, with the ability to lead and motivate teams without direct authority, driving excellence through credibility and collaboration Strategic and analytical thinking balanced with practical, hands-on problem solving High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse, multicultural teams with integrity and respect Passion for the wilderness, conservation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong project management and organisational skills Willingness to be based in Maun with regular travel to remote bush camps Salary – Market Related Start – ASAP ➡️ PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
