Regional Procurement Manager Location: Cape Town, South Africa (regional support across SA - portfolio of 5 hotels) Job Summary A leading hospitality group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Procurement Manager to oversee and optimise procurement operations across multiple hotel properties. This role will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that support business objectives, strengthen supplier performance, ensure compliance and governance, and drive cost efficiency across participating hotels. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Food & Beverage teams to improve procurement processes, enhance controls, and deliver measurable savings across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic procurement and sourcing initiatives across the hotel portfolio Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service level terms Build; manage, and evaluate supplier relationships and performance Implement procurement policies, controls, and governance standards Analyse spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Support inventory optimisation and SKU rationalisation initiatives Ensure accurate reporting, contract management, and compliance documentation Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, and F&B teams to align procurement strategy Travel within South Africa as required to support regional operations Qualifications & Competencies Relevant tertiary qualification in Procurement; Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or Business Management 5–8 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain management (hospitality experience preferred) Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives and improve supplier performance High level of analytical ability with experience working with spend data and reporting Experience with inventory systems, procurement platforms, and ERP systems Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and compliance How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to apply through the online application platform by submitting their CV and a recent profile photograph .
