This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality couple seeking career growth within the lodge and wildlife hospitality industry . Working in one of Limpopo’s renowned Big 5 reserves, the successful couple will contribute to high‑quality guest experiences, seamless lodge operations, and professional guiding standards. This is a rewarding role for individuals who thrive in nature‑based environments and are committed to exceptional hospitality delivery. Job Requirements Guide (R12,000 per month) Conduct engaging and informative guided game drives (guide) Deliver exceptional wildlife interpretation and bush knowledge Ensure guest safety and compliance with lodge protocols Assist with hosting duties and guest interaction Maintain vehicles, guiding equipment, and lodge standards (lodge) Support conservation and field‑related duties FGASA Apprentice/Level 1 or higher (guide) Valid driver’s licence + PDP Trails qualification preferred but not essential FOH / Lodge Anchor (R13,000 per month) Manage FOH operations including hosting, guest check‑ins, and service flow (foh) Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams Handle administration: guest accounts, reporting, stock checks, ordering Conduct room checks and uphold lodge presentation standards (lodge) Assist with events, special requests, and guest experiences Previous FOH, hospitality, or lodge anchor experience (hospitality) Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking ability Package Guide salary: R12,000 per month FOH / Lodge Anchor salary: R13,000 per month Opportunity to grow within an established lodge environment Work in a Big 5 reserve with strong conservation ethos Start Date: As soon as possible
