Our client in the FMCG Industry is currently looking to employ a Regional Sales Manager to join their team based in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in the FMCG sector, dealing with buyers, customers, and sales agents.
Strong computer literacy.
Proven ability in market analysis and product forecasting.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills (internal and external stakeholders).
Strong conflict management and organisational skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Valid Driver’s Licence.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Budget & Sales Management
Take full ownership of regional budgets, forecasts, and sales targets
Key Accounts Management
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with retail and wholesale partners
Team Leadership
Manage, coach, and mentor sales representatives and agents to achieve high performance and professional development
Operations
Oversee stock management and ensure excellence in trade execution
Market Analysis
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify opportunities and risks
