BagginsHQ is seeking a commercially minded Regional Digital Marketing & Content Manager to build, manage, and grow BagginsHQ's digital presence across an assigned regional market.

This is not simply a social media posting role. The successful candidate will own the regional digital presence, create professional content, generate qualified commercial leads, collaborate with sales teams, and contribute directly to customer acquisition and verified revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned regional social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Plan, create, publish, and manage professional digital marketing content.
  
• Create graphics, promotional materials, short-form videos, captions, and other marketing assets.
  
• Localise content for the assigned regional market and audience.
  
• Monitor audience activity, enquiries, comments, and messages.
  
• Generate qualified commercial leads through digital marketing activities.
  
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure leads are properly followed up and progressed.
  
• Track leads, conversions, customers, and verified revenue generated through marketing activities.
  
• Identify regional marketing opportunities, partnerships, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  
• Monitor digital performance and recommend improvements based on measurable results.
  
• Provide regular reports covering content, audience growth, leads, conversions, and revenue.
  
• Collaborate with Corporate Relations and commercial teams on approved marketing initiatives.
  
• Follow BagginsHQ branding, communication, approval, and reporting requirements.
  

Commercial Accountability

Performance will be assessed based on:

• Content quality and consistency.
  
• Regional audience growth and engagement.
  
• Qualified leads generated.
  
• Lead conversion and customer acquisition.
  
• Verified revenue attributable to marketing activities.
  
• Ability to identify and execute effective regional marketing opportunities.

Probation

The successful candidate will initially serve a one-month performance-based probation period.

During probation:

USD 150 monthly facilitation

No monthly salary or retainer will be paid during probation.

The candidate will be expected to establish the assigned regional digital presence, consistently create and publish content, generate qualified leads, and demonstrate measurable commercial contribution.

Candidates who demonstrate satisfactory performance will be confirmed into permanent employment. Exceptional candidates may be confirmed earlier where performance clearly demonstrates suitability.

Permanent Employment

Upon successful completion of probation:

USD 700 gross monthly salary + USD 100 monthly facilitation

Future salary increments will be based on sustained performance, commercial contribution, increased responsibility, and BagginsHQ's Employee Growth Structure.

Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, IT, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years' professional experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, regional marketing, or a related field.
  
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills.
  
• Experience creating professional graphics and video content.
  
• Understanding of lead generation and digital customer acquisition.
  
• Strong commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
  
• Reliable computer or laptop suitable for professional marketing and content creation.
  
• Stable high-speed internet.
  
• Quiet and professional remote working environment.
  

Preferred

• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, software, cloud, AI, or digital services.
  
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or comparable tools.
  
• Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Experience with CRM, analytics, lead-generation, or marketing automation platforms.
  
• Experience working with international or regional markets.
  
• Demonstrated ability to generate commercial leads or revenue through digital marketing.
