Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist for a luxury country house in KwaZulu-Natal. This role is ideal for a polished front-of-house professional who excels in delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining smooth reception operations.

Key Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, welcoming, and professional at all times
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining composure
• Team player with a proactive approach
Key Responsibilities
• Managing reservations, check-ins and check-outs
• Handling guest enquiries via telephone, email or in person
• Maintaining accurate guest records and reservation systems
• Liaising with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Providing information about the property, services, and local attractions
• Addressing guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally
