? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a Global Hospitality Design Company, based in Johannesburg, renowned for sustainable, immersive luxury lodge developments, to recruit an experienced ??????????? ?????????? This role is ideally suited to a detail-driven professional with solid lodge or hospitality industry experience, strong knowledge of FFE and OSE procurement, and a passion for structured processes and financial accuracy. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for delivering a professional, efficient and value-driven procurement service across multiple projects. The role focuses on supplier negotiations, financial oversight, logistics coordination, and ensuring seamless implementation of procurement processes in line with company standards. You will manage supplier and client communication, oversee procurement documentation and reporting, coordinate deliveries and logistics (including exports where applicable), and ensure accurate financial tracking and reconciliation. The position requires a proactive approach to process improvement, risk management, and cost optimisation while maintaining exceptional service delivery standards. Experience Required · Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in procurement or purchasing · Proven experience within the hospitality or lodge industry · Strong working knowledge of FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OSE (Operating Supplies & Equipment) · Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field · Advanced MS Excel and procurement/accounting software proficiency · Strong financial reconciliation and reporting experience · Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and logistics coordination Key Skills · Strong negotiation and commercial acumen · Excellent financial and analytical skills · Exceptional attention to detail and process orientation · Strong administrative and reporting capability · Supplier relationship management expertise · Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines · Clear and professional communication skills · Risk assessment and problem-solving ability · High level of organisation and time management · Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and SOP implementation ???????????? – on application PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients specific requirements.
