An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst Intern to join a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in business analysis, SAP, and data analytics while working alongside cross-functional teams to support business systems, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for SAP-related queries and business system issues.

• Assist with gathering and analysing business requirements.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Power BI and Excel.

• Extract, validate, and analyse data from SAP and other business systems.

• Support process improvement, reporting automation, and data quality initiatives.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), system enhancements, and digital transformation projects.

• Create and maintain process documentation and user guides.

• Work with various departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–3 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.

• Exposure to SAP.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.

• Basic SQL knowledge will be advantageous.

• Manufacturing or automotive industry experience will be beneficial.
