Key ResponsibilitiesProject Administration
Coordinate administrative activities across multiple PR projects.
Maintain project schedules and monitor deadlines.
Track project deliverables and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Assist with campaign planning and project coordination.
Supplier & Financial Administration
Follow up on supplier invoices and outstanding documentation.
Monitor supplier payments and resolve invoice queries.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure all financial documentation is received on time.
Maintain accurate financial and project records.
Administration & Reporting
Maintain organised filing systems and project documentation.
Compile reports, trackers, and status updates.
Manage project correspondence and administrative records.
Ensure information is accurately captured and updated.
Team Support
Provide administrative support to the PR team.
Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling.
Assist with internal communication and workflow management.
Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications
Relevant qualification in Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar (advantageous).
Experience
2–5 years' experience in a strong administrative or project administration role.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience following structured processes and meeting deadlines.
Previous exposure to PR, Marketing, Communications, or Agency environments would be advantageous.
