As a Client Service Consultant, you will be pivotal in supporting clients through efficient, customer-centric service and solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional, efficient, and customer-focused service across all client interactions
• Assist clients with enquiries regarding policies, benefits, premiums, amendments, and account servicing
• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications effectively
• Offer accurate information and guidance on available products and services
• Process policy amendments and servicing requests accurately and within set standards
• Maintain precise customer records on CRM and policy systems
• Monitor ongoing cases to ensure resolution and provide timely updates
• Investigate and professionally resolve customer queries and complaints
• Identify recurring issues and escalate opportunities for service improvements
• Build trust through effective communication and problem-solving
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies
• Adhere to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams for efficient resolution of customer matters
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• RE5 Qualification.
• Relevant FAIS-compliant qualification.
• Experience working with CRM systems and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of RPE
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Team-oriented mindset

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the financial services or insurance industry
