Management Couple / Lodge Manager | Luxury Lodge | Greater Kruger ? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking either an experienced Management Couple or a single Lodge Manager for a high-end luxury lodge in the Greater Kruger area. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive the ongoing development of a prestigious property ?✨ Key Requirements – Single Lodge Manager: • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently • Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally • Conduct game drives where qualified or arrange freelance guides • Maintain high operational and service standards • Manage housekeeping, gardens, and lodge maintenance projects • Complete month-end reports and submit salaries for payment • Manage stock, consumables, and lodge assets • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent • Valid First Aid qualification • FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2), DEAT registration, and PDP advantageous • Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and Word • Ability to work under pressure, lead by example, and operate independently Key Requirements – Management Couple: Her Role – Guest Services, Administration & Housekeeping: • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs • Ensure exceptional lodge standards and guest satisfaction • Manage housekeeping operations and staff, arranging relief staff as needed • Complete month-end reports and submit salaries • Oversee ordering and control of stock, consumables, and lodge assets • Hospitality Management Diploma or equivalent • Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Excel and Word • Ability to lead by example, work independently, and manage competing priorities His Role – Guiding & Lodge Operations: • Conduct daily game drives as a full-time guide • Host and welcome guests • Oversee gardens, maintenance, and general lodge upkeep • Assist with operational duties as required • FGASA Level 1 (NQF 2), DEAT registered, Valid PDP, Valid First Aid • Strong operational knowledge across guiding, maintenance, and guest experience • Staff management experience • Ability to operate independently and lead by example Package: • Salary: Negotiable DOE + Benefits • Live-in position If you are ready to take on this exciting leadership role in a luxury lodge environment, please submit your updated CVs, references, and qualifications Please note: Only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
