Requirements

• Previous experience in a Guest Experience, Front Office or Lodge Management role within a luxury lodge or five-star hospitality environment
  
• Exceptional guest relations and communication skills
  
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
  
• High attention to detail with a passion for service excellence
  
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
  
• Experience coordinating guest activities, special occasions and personalised itineraries
  
• Strong administrative and computer skills
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a remote environment
  
• Valid driver's licence advantageous
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout every stage of the guest journey
  
• Welcome guests on arrival and ensure seamless check-in and departure processes
  
• Manage guest requests, preferences and special occasions with professionalism and attention to detail
  
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and personalised service
  
• Coordinate closely with the front office, housekeeping, kitchen and guiding teams
  
• Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
  
• Oversee daily guest activities and ensure smooth operational flow
  
• Train and mentor guest-facing staff to uphold luxury service standards
  
• Assist with lodge administration and reporting where required
