Lodge Manager or Management Couple – Remote Safari Lodge – Botswana Our client is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager or Management Couple to oversee operations at a remote luxury safari lodge in Botswana. This is a live-in role with a strong focus on leadership, operational excellence and guest experience. Candidates must have proven lodge management experience and be comfortable operating independently in a remote environment. Salary: P17 000 – P20 000 for Lodge Manager | P30 000 – P34 000 for Couple Description: The Lodge Manager will be fully responsible for the daily running of the lodge, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining premium service standards. You will oversee a team of approximately 30 staff members, managing recruitment, training, performance, and staff motivation. Strong operational discipline is essential, including budget control, financial administration, maintenance oversight and quality control. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working across all departments, including front of house, housekeeping, maintenance and catering. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests and ensure all health and safety standards are maintained. A flexible leave structure is offered, provided the lodge remains fully staffed during peak season from late April to early November. The package includes live-in accommodation, meals, laundry, and other benefits, excluding medical cover. Candidates should be confident in computer systems, reporting, and maintenance planning. Preference will be given to Motswana candidates or those with legal working rights in Botswana.
