Lodge Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) | Luxury Lodge Salary: R28,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-in Contract: Immediate Start – 30 June 2026 Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge on a fixed-term contract. This position requires a highly organised and guest-focused individual capable of leading daily operations, managing staff, and upholding exceptional service standards throughout the contract period. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all lodge operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running • Manage, support, and motivate staff across all departments • Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally • Coordinate housekeeping, F&B, front of house, and maintenance functions • Ensure financial controls, stock management, and accurate reporting • Uphold company policies, standards, and service excellence • Assist with staff training and development when required Requirements: • Previous lodge or hospitality management experience • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities • Ability to manage multiple departments effectively • High guest service standards with a polished, professional approach • Willingness to live on-site for the full contract duration • Ability to start immediately Candidates who meet the above criteria are encouraged to apply.
