Lodge Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge | Sabi Sands Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and professional Lodge Manager for a luxury safari lodge in the Sabi Sands. This live-in role offers the opportunity to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality in a remote bush environment. Requirements: · Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a senior lodge management or guest services role within a 5-star safari or luxury hospitality environment · Proven ability to deliver high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence · Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills · Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail · Professional, adaptable, and capable of working in a remote environment · Valid driver’s licence and own transport · Proficient in MS Office and property management systems Key Responsibilities: · Act as a visible and hands-on host, engaging with guests daily to ensure personalised and memorable experiences · Maintain the highest standards of guest care and satisfaction, responding promptly to queries, complaints, and special requests · Oversee coordination and communication between all lodge departments for seamless operations · Lead, train, and motivate the lodge team to achieve excellence in performance and service delivery · Conduct performance reviews and support staff professional growth · Manage lodge budgets, stock control, and procurement processes, ensuring financial efficiency · Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and sustainability initiatives · Participate in management meetings and prepare accurate operational reports for senior management Package: · Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience · Live-in accommodation provided To apply for the Lodge Manager position, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
