The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the camp while inspiring a high-performing team and maintaining the highest standards of service in a world-class wilderness setting. Key Requirements Minimum of 5–7 years' experience as a Lodge Manager within a luxury safari lodge or camp. Proven leadership experience managing multiple operational departments. Exceptional guest relations and hosting abilities. Strong operational, financial, and administrative management skills. Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance management. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and Rooms Division operations. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a remote bush environment. Hospitality qualification is advantageous. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury safari camp. Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalised and attentive hospitality. Lead; mentor, and develop departmental managers and operational teams. Maintain the highest standards across accommodation, Food & Beverage, housekeeping, and guest services. Manage operational budgets, stock control, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous service improvements. Work closely with guiding and support teams to deliver seamless safari experiences. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture. Prepare operational reports and contribute to the achievement of business objectives. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess: A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
