Lodge Management Couple - Luxury Safari Lodge - Greater Kruger Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a warm, experienced and complementary Lodge Management Couple for a well-loved luxury safari lodge in the Greater Kruger ecosystem near Hoedspruit, Limpopo. Accommodating up to 18 guests across luxury tented rooms and family chalets, this intimate, family-friendly lodge is known for its genuine warmth, excellent Big Five game viewing and relaxed, contemporary bush atmosphere. The management couple will be the heart of the operation - both bringing lodge management experience and together delivering an exceptional guest experience across every touchpoint. This role is open to couples only. Individual applications will not be considered. Minimum Requirements - Both Partners: Minimum 2 to 5 years' lodge management or assistant lodge management experience within a luxury lodge environment - essential for both partners Proven ability to deliver a warm, personalised guest experience across all departments Strong operational knowledge across FOH, F&B, housekeeping and guest relations Sound financial acumen including stock control, stock takes and cost management Staff management, scheduling and training experience Proficient in lodge/PMS systems Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal Well-presented; warm and genuinely guest-focused Comfortable living and working in a remote, live-in bush environment Stable work history with outstanding, contactable references Key Responsibilities: Full day-to-day management of lodge operations across all departments Deliver a seamless, personalised and consistently warm guest experience from arrival to departure Manage staff scheduling, training and daily team coordination Oversee housekeeping, F&B, spa and cubs club operations and standards Handle reservations, guest communication, check-ins, check-outs and billing Manage stock control, ordering and monthly stock takes Coordinate with guides on game drive scheduling and guest activity logistics Oversee boma dinners, special events and personalised guest experiences Maintain warm, family-friendly lodge standards befitting a property welcoming guests of all ages Liaise with the broader lodge group management team on operational requirements Package: Combined Gross Salary: R50,000 to R55,000 per month (DOE) Live-in: Couple accommodation provided Meals provided Standard lodge benefits Should you both feel you are the right fit for this role, please apply with both CVs, contactable references and recent head and shoulders photos ASAP! ?
