Our client, a high-end luxury safari lodge in Zambia, is seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple to oversee full lodge operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This is a prime opportunity for a couple with a strong background in 5-star lodge management, guest relations, and operational leadership within remote luxury environments. Description: The successful couple will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the lodge, ensuring seamless operations across all departments including front of house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience, managing staff performance, overseeing service standards, and ensuring the property consistently meets luxury expectations. Operational duties include stock control, reporting, team leadership, and coordinating with head office. This is a hands-on role, requiring both individuals to be actively involved in the operation, guest engagement, and team development. A strong understanding of remote lodge logistics and service excellence is essential. Package & Benefits Salary: $5,500 – $6,000 net (combined) Accommodation; meals, and travel allowance included Start date: July 2026 Requirements: Proven experience as a Lodge Management Couple in a luxury safari environment Strong leadership and team management skills Relevant hospitality qualifications (essential for work permits) Excellent guest engagement and communication skills Ability to work in a remote, high-pressure environment
