?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with a leading conservation hospitality group in Kenya to recruit an exceptional ??????? ?????????? ?????? for an intimate, beautifully designed safari property within their portfolio. This role calls for two natural hosts who are warm, present, and detail driven. One partner should bring a background in wellness or culinary arts, while the other brings strong Food & Beverage experience. Together, you will shape an extraordinary and personalised guest experience. You will lead a team of approximately 28 staff, manage day-to-day lodge operations, and personally oversee every guest touchpoint, from arrivals and meals to departures. You will form part of the broader group leadership team, providing support across other group properties and other villas when required. As General Managers, your role is to continually elevate the property so that every stay feels effortless, thoughtful, and truly memorable. You will take ownership of team training and development, manage budgets and resources, maintain infrastructure standards, and communicate the property story with pride and knowledge. Strong conservation awareness and a passion for meaningful travel are essential. Requirements • At least 5 years senior 5-star hospitality experience gained at a luxury remote lodge, as a couple or management team • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field • One partner with wellness or culinary background; one with strong F&B experience • Exceptional hosting skills and natural warmth with guests • Strong leadership, people management, and team-building ability • Passion for training, mentoring, and developing staff • Detail-oriented, hands-on, and operationally driven • Passion for conservation and the African bush • Financial acumen, budget management and resource control • Comfortable with a live-in role in a remote wilderness environment • Stable employment history and exceptional references Salary - USD based salary with additional benefits ➡️ PLEASE NOTE.
