Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lodge Management Couple to lead the daily operations of a luxury contemporary safari lodge in the Greater Kruger region. This opportunity would suit a hands-on couple who work well together, enjoy building strong teams and take pride in creating a warm, personalised guest experience. Location: Greater Kruger, Limpopo Combined salary: R70 000–R90 000 per month, depending on experience Please note: Due to the lodge’s remote location in Greater Kruger, children and pets cannot be accommodated. The role Together; you will oversee the smooth running of the lodge, balancing attentive guest service with effective team leadership and sound operational management. Your responsibilities will include: Managing daily lodge operations and maintaining luxury service standards. Leading; supporting and motivating the team, including staff training, scheduling and performance management. Hosting guests, coordinating special requests and handling feedback with care and professionalism. Overseeing administration, purchasing, stock control and general operational requirements. Working closely with all departments to maintain high standards across accommodation, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest areas. Ensuring lodge procedures and health and safety requirements are consistently followed. What we’re looking for Previous lodge management or senior hospitality experience, ideally within a luxury safari environment. Complementary skills and the ability to share responsibilities effectively as a couple. Strong leadership, communication and people-management skills. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. A practical, proactive approach and willingness to assist wherever needed. A professional, welcoming manner and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Adaptability and confidence living and working in a remote lodge environment. Valid driver’s licences are essential.
