??? ??????????? ??????????? is recruiting on behalf of a newly opened luxury tented safari camp in the Masai Mara, Kenya, for an experienced ????? ?? ?????? | ??????? ??????? The successful candidate/s must bring strong pre-opening and opening experience, ideally gained within a luxury lodge, safari camp or resort environment. The General Manager will take full leadership responsibility for the property's operational stabilisation, guest experience and commercial performance, guiding the camp from its initial opening phase into a consistently high-performing luxury operation. Reporting to ownership and management, and overseeing the Lodge Manager and Heads of Department, the successful candidate/s will develop and implement structured operational plans, close any outstanding opening gaps, strengthen SOPs and operational systems, and build a strong, motivated team capable of delivering the anticipatory, detail-driven service expected of a luxury safari property. The role carries full accountability for financial performance and cost control, revenue growth, safari and guiding operations, property and facility management, health, safety and security, sustainability, and community and stakeholder relations. This is a hands-on, highly visible leadership role based full-time at a remote luxury tented camp. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 8–10 years' experience in the hospitality industry • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Lodge General Manager, or in an equivalent senior leadership role • Strong pre-opening and opening experience is essential, preferably within a luxury lodge, safari camp or resort environment • Proven ability to manage a high-end guest experience • Strong financial and commercial management experience • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large hospitality teams • Comfortable living and working in a remote safari environment. • Exceptional references Salary – Excellent salary on offer Start – ASAP ?PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the qualifications and experience specified.
