??? ??????????? ??????????? have partnered with a new and highly exclusive Safari Lodge in Botswana to recruit a Top-Notch ????? ??????? ??????? The General Manager will lead the operations of this new and prestigious, high-end safari lodge. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of operational expertise, guest relations finesse, and team mentorship within a remote, conservation-focused environment. Reporting directly to the owner this is pivotal role in leading the new team With the Lodge scheduled to open in early 2026, the appointed candidate will play a key role in preparing the Lodge for its soft opening. Requirements Minimum of 5–10 years in senior management roles within luxury safari lodges or remote high-end hospitality operations in Africa. Proven ability to deliver world-class guest experiences, with a strong understanding of personalized service in the luxury safari market. Hands-on experience overseeing all aspects of lodge operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, HR, and logistics. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on staff development, motivation, and cross-cultural communication. Solid understanding of budgeting, stock control, procurement, and reporting. Experience working with remote procurement and cost-saving strategies essential. A genuine appreciation for conservation, sustainability, and community engagement, aligned with the values of the lodge. Familiarity with reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and operational software. Comfortable living and working in a remote bush location with limited access to urban amenities. A GM who leads from the front, sets the tone for service standards, and is actively involved in daily lodge life.
