F&B Manager | Luxury Private Game Reserve | Hoedspruit Area
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and service-driven F&B Manager for a luxury private game reserve situated in the Hoedspruit area. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage operations within a high-end environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
- Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
- Manage and train F&B team members to maintain high performance
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle guest feedback and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an F&B Manager within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Sound knowledge of stock control and cost management
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Package:
- Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 depending on experience
- Live-in position
- All meals included while on site
- 50% contribution towards medical aid and pension
