Assistant Lodge Manager | Luxury Safari Lodge | North WestSalary: R18,000 | Live-in Position
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Assistant Lodge Manager for a luxury safari lodge based in the North West province. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the overall management of a high-end lodge operation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Lodge Manager to ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the property, maintaining the highest standards of service, guest satisfaction, and team performance in a dynamic safari environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalised service and attention to detail
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and housekeeping teams
• Assist with staff training, development, and performance management
• Handle guest queries, requests, and any issues in a professional manner
• Maintain high standards of lodge presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• A guest-focused approach with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work well under pressure in a remote environment
• Well-presented and professional at all times
What is Offered:
• 7% company contribution to provident fund (effective from the fourth month)
• Medical aid subsidy of 50%, capped at R1,800 per month (effective from the fourth month)
