? HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER VACANCY ALERT ? ? Human Resources Business Partner ? Sabi Sands, Mpumalanga ? Luxury Safari Lodge (Live-in) ? Salary: Negotiable (DOE) ? Role Overview: A strategic and hands-on HR leadership role responsible for driving people operations, employee engagement, compliance, and organisational culture within a luxury safari lodge. The HR Business Partner works closely with the General Manager and HODs to deliver a high-performance, people-first environment while ensuring full legislative compliance and operational excellence. ? Key Responsibilities: • Act as primary HR contact for all employee relations and HR queries • Partner with GM and HODs to build a high-performance, inclusive workplace culture • Ensure consistent and positive employee experience across all departments • Support organisational development and people strategy implementation • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in line with legislation • Oversee structured onboarding and induction programmes aligned to brand standards • Support workforce planning and succession development initiatives • Manage performance processes including KPIs, probation reviews, and appraisals • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievances, and employee relations matters • Support shop steward engagement and industrial relations processes where required • Coach managers on fair labour practices and people management • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives • Support skills development, employment equity, and compliance tracking • Facilitate internal talent development and succession planning • Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation • Prepare payroll inputs and liaise with payroll providers • Ensure compliance with BCEA, LRA, EE Act, and company policies • Maintain updated HR systems, SOPs, and job descriptions ? Skills Required: • Strong HR generalist and employee relations expertise • Excellent knowledge of South African labour legislation • Strong coaching and stakeholder management ability • High emotional intelligence and discretion • Strong organisational and administrative capability ? Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in HR / Industrial Psychology (NQF 6–7) • 5+ years’ HR experience, preferably within hospitality/luxury environments • Experience with HRIS systems (Sage / ESS advantageous) • Strong understanding of unionised environments • Flexible to work extended hours when required ?
