Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel in Plettenberg Bay. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards while ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas.

Ensure rooms are serviced to the highest standards.

Change linen, replenish amenities and maintain housekeeping supplies.

Report maintenance issues and any lost property promptly.

Follow established cleaning procedures, hygiene standards and safety protocols.

Assist with laundry duties and stock control where required.

Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Maintain discretion and professionalism when working in guest areas.
Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.

Experience in a 5-star or boutique property will be advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Good time management and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, professional and well-presented.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
