Our client operates a well-appointed, full-service luxury property on the island of Zanzibar — one of East Africa's most iconic and sought-after destinations. The hotel is a premium offering of just over 100 rooms, operating as a dry hotel and delivering a refined, elevated guest experience that combines world-class hospitality with the unique cultural and natural richness of the Zanzibar archipelago. With a clear commitment to service excellence and strong commercial performance, this is a compelling opportunity to lead an established luxury property in an exceptional setting. Reporting to ownership and senior group leadership, the successful candidate will carry full accountability for all hotel operations — spanning Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Revenue Management. They will be expected to drive strong performance across key commercial metrics including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, while maintaining uncompromising guest experience and service standards.
