We are seeking a passionate and experienced Island Activities Manager to join our team on a small, exclusive private island located off the coast of Tanzania. This is a unique opportunity to live and work in paradise, curating exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious, 5-star boutique environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a variety of land and marine-based guest activities, including diving, snorkelling, dolphin excursions, sandbank picnics, and fishing trips. You will be the face of adventure on the island, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and unforgettable. Requirements · Qualified Dive Master with up-to-date certifications and safety knowledge. · At least 3 years’ experience managing or guiding guest activities in a luxury lodge, resort, or private island setting. · Strong knowledge and experience in organising marine and island excursions (diving, snorkelling, fishing, dolphin and sandbank trips). · Good experience in all water sports · Well-presented, articulate, and confident in engaging with high-end international clientele. · Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on, guest-first attitude. · Physically fit, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in remote, outdoor environments. · Boat maintenance skills and good knowledge of diving gear and upkeep of equipment · Contactable references ➡️ PLEASE NOTE - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
