This is an exceptional senior leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional with extensive multi-site safari experience, outstanding operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee hospitality operations across multiple luxury camps, driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and service consistency throughout the portfolio. Key Requirements Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years' experience within the luxury hospitality industry. At least 5 years' experience in a senior or multi-site leadership role. Extensive operational experience within luxury safari lodges or camps. Proven experience managing multiple properties or hospitality operations. Experience in supply chain, procurement, or commercial operations is advantageous. Strong leadership, organisational, and systems implementation skills. Excellent communication and people management abilities. Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead hospitality operations across multiple luxury safari camps. Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistent luxury service standards. Oversee operational performance and coordination across all properties. Improve operational systems, processes, and efficiencies throughout the portfolio. Support procurement, supply chain, and commercial alignment across the business. Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial performance. Lead; mentor, and develop hospitality management teams. Implement training initiatives and staff development programmes. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to achieve business objectives. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the hospitality portfolio.
