Job Summary
A well-established dental practice in Glen Marais, Kempton Park is seeking a Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity offering flexibility, strong commission-earning potential, and a supportive clinical environment.
Position Details:
Permanent position
Position available: ASAP
Location: Glen Marais, Kempton Park
Working Hours:
± 140 – 160 hours per month
Flexible working hours
Some Saturday shifts (rotational basis)
Remuneration:
Commission-based: 33% – 50% of turnover
Get commission on ALL patients, whether account is paid or not
No bad debts deducted, minimising financial risk
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ private practice experience
HPCSA registration (must be up to date)
Malpractice/indemnity insurance must be in place
Practice & Support:
Dental Assistant will be provided
Dentists manage their own billing
Practice management system: GoodX
